CAM software used:- Master-CAM 2020

Toolpaths were created using required tool sizes and all the parameters were set based on tool quality and machine tools available.

​

Initially, the viper head was machined and then the outer layer (under the viper head) was machined using dynamic milling style.

​

Total actual machining time:- 15hrs (2 hours every class varies on availability of machine).
